Refunds Please contact us at secretsheepieshop@gmail.com within 30 days of the deliverance of your package with any issues you may have.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order is lost in the mail or arrives damaged, please reach out to us and we will do our best to replace the affected items. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

Mystery Bags & Mystery Items All mystery bag and mystery item purchases are final sale and nonrefundable. Due to the nature of mystery items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products.

International Orders EU customers are encouraged to shop through our Etsy store, where VAT is collected at checkout. For all other international orders, import taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for packages held at customs.
